  I protested to the elders at my last stand,(the Rockland Massachusetts Kingdum hell) about gross sexual harrassment from some sleazy 'sisters'.
  One 'sister' in particular borderlined on felony sexual assult.She would literally bend over and wiggle her fat ass IN the Kingum hell.I would discribe her as,"Tammy faye Baker look a like only uglier". The elders reply was,"Danny they are the sisters,they want to make it look like your chasing them...."

  WHY, IT IS SO IMPORTANT TO MAKE COMPARISONS/CONNECTIONS WITH OTHER CULTS.As soon as the client sees the striking similarity of tactics with the other cults it will click with them. That's what happened to myself and many others.I was truly amazed that the moonies call their deceptive protocol of lying:"heavenly deception".How this rings and resonates so closely with the Watchtower's;"theocratic warfare".   i'm having great fun looking up stuff from the 60's and 70's that i recall causing me some astonishment at the time, even though i was still an active dubbie when they were published.

  the sad news he has cancer.it is lymphoma!!!

  they are waiting on the results of the biopsy before determining treatment..... he didnt want me to say anything at first- as he feels you all have your own problems & he didnt want to upset anyone-because he says "they are dear friends".

  I agree with willyloman's post,i'm on the same page.I would like to add,beware of AA 12-step programs . AA has a 90% fail rate,When it doesn't work for you,they put the guilt trip on you for,"not working the program". ""Woe is me i'm such a powerless drunken bum '' This self-repudiating blame game is the cult dynamic all over again.As with the WT$ origins,always do that regression analysis.WHERE DID IT(AA) COME FROM! AA 12-step programs got started by two guys who who were Christian Fundy's.They more or less plagiarized JC sermon on the mount address for the 12-step rough draft. Don't get me wrong,AA IS very much a support group for alcoholics.Much like these EX JW forums have helped many to cope. It got to a point in my life,when I GOT SICK AND TIRED OF BEING SICK AND TIRED! One of AA's many cute catchphrases.
